As the Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for the creation of social media content, strategies, and the planning and execution of successful social media campaigns of our animal focused brands and products.
The ideal candidate should be able to increase brand awareness and audience growth across a range of social media platforms and understand how to use social media to generate product interest within established and new audiences.
The related KPIs for this position are number of followers and engagement on the company's social media channels and platforms.
You must be able to report on the effectiveness of your activity and present ideas and results.
You will work closely with the other marketing team members, business directors, product team, customer care and report to the Creative Marketing Director.
Full time, remote position.
Monday - Friday; 9:

Suggested salary range:
$35,000 - $45,000 Responsibilities Create, edit, publish and share engaging on brand content daily (i.
e.
original graphics, text, photos, videos, and news) Manage account engagement by responding to comments and messages through Gorgias platform.
Develop content strategy and calendar to increase brand awareness, outreach, engagement and growth of our human and animal brands and products.
Employ organic tools to grow our social media pages while avoiding bots and other damaging 'growth' short-cuts.
Monitor and analyze social media traffic, boosts, and ads performance metrics; adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Collaborate with other marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align with broader marketing initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and best practices into the brand's social media strategy.
Qualifications 2
years of relevant social media experience working across multiple social channels (Including, but not limited to:
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
) Passionate for storytelling through multiple media types, both visual and written.
Copywriting and graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite).
Proficient in Meta Business Suite and Facebook Ads Manager.
Basic photography and video editing skills.
Organized with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to solve problems and handle pressure to meet deadlines.
Creative, eager, teachable, and enthusiastic.
A love for animals.
